Main deliverables: - An MVP predictive model estimating job effort across two major product lines. - Business-approved and trusted analytical models. - Supporting data models and standardised data definitions. - Data quality assessments and improvement recommendations. - Documentation and knowledge transfer materials.

Requirements:
- Strong background in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience with data modelling, statistical analysis, predictive analytics, and large datasets
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills
- Familiarity with data architecture concepts
- Experience with operational/planning environments and production data solutions is a plus
