What you’ll do




- Support and manage the full recruitment lifecycle across technical and business roles- Source and engage talent through multiple channels, including LinkedIn and referrals-
- Maintain accurate data and reporting within our ATS and recruiting tools
- Support employer branding initiatives and talent attraction activities
- Collaborate with the People team to continuously improve recruiting processes and hiring practices
- Stay informed about talent market trends and share insights with the team

Your profile:
- 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, HR, or a related field
- Experience recruiting for technical, business, or go-to-market roles is a plus
- Experience in startup, scale-up, agency, or fast-paced environments is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Interest in sourcing and talent attraction strategies
- Comfortable working with data and recruitment metrics
- Excellent communication skills in English
- A proactive and collab
