- Define and execute the global Development & Integration strategy and roadmap.
- Own the global development and integration service portfolio and operating model.
- Drive DevSecOps transformation and engineering excellence.
- Define global engineering, integration and API governance frameworks.
- Build and manage strategic technology vendor partnerships.
- Lead globally distributed engineering teams and managed service providers.
- Ensure platform reliability, security, scalability and cost efficiency.
- Drive automation, AI enablement and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Build and continuously evolve a modern engineering and product-centric operating model.

Contributing your strengths: your qualifications:
- University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or a related discipline.
- 15+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Enterprise Development or Technology leadership.




- Strong experience managing general development and integration organisations.
- Proven track record in large-scale modernization and transformation programs.
- Deep understanding of software engineering, integration technologies and platform engineering models.
- Strong financial and vendor management capabilities.
- Excellent executive stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong leadership and organisational capabilities.
