Hill International is looking for an experienced Project Directorto lead major infrastructure projects in Valencia, Spain.

We are seeking a hands-on leader with the ability to translate strategy into action, build and guide high-performing teams, and provide clear direction to clients, stakeholders and delivery partners.
- Lead, develop and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams.
- Advise clients in defining project objectives, delivery strategies, governance structures and expectations.
- Represent and protect the client’s interests throughout project delivery.
- Oversee programme, cost, risk, quality, contract and stakeholder management activities.
- Administer major construction contracts,



typically on behalf of third-party clients and often under FIDIC or similar forms of contract.
- Drive project execution and ensure that strategic objectives are converted into clear actions and measurable outcomes.
- Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, preferably Ingeniero de Caminos, Canales y Puertos, or equivalent.
- Minimum 15 years’ experience in project delivery.
- Proven experience leading major infrastructure or complex construction projects.
- Strong contractual, commercial and stakeholder management skills.
- Professional fluency in Spanish and English.
