RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide individualized support to students with emotional disorders, learning difficulties, or school adaptation problems, tailoring sessions to the specific needs of each student.
- Manage and collaborate on projects and initiatives within the Academic Department, supporting the teaching team on matters related to students' mental health and developing group initiatives and dynamics based on their needs.
- Coordinate with other services from the staff,



referring severe cases to external institutions when necessary, maintaining close contact with these institutions and families to ensure optimal follow-up for the student.
- Prepare progress reports for students to document their development and ensure adequate attention to their needs throughout the academic year.
- Convey the school's values and address each academic situation or incident with a service-oriented attitude, ensuring empathetic and dynamic communication.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in Psychology or Educational Psychology.
- Experience in managing learning difficulties.
- Proficiency in Catalan, Spanish, and English at a native or bilingual level.
- Skills: Organizational ability, ease of communication and oral and written expression, customer orientation, problem-solving, teamwork skills, and learning ability.
