Job Purpose and Impact:
The Customer Experience Specialist will support a moderate scale of customer service activities for a single site team. In this role, you will contribute to optimizing and monitoring shipping and returns, including resolving order or delivery issues. You will be serving clients in the French market,



which requires good knowledge of this language.
- The position is based at our Cargill office in Sant Cugat del Vallés, Barcelona (Spain).
- We offer a hybrid work model, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely.
- Key Accountabilities:
- Maintain systems and relationships that meet customer demand forecast, as well as other databases related to shipments and inventory management.
- Inform customers about order status, invoices, contract balances and other information needed to complete the sale.
- Proactively connect with customers to build intimacy, understand their needs, solve issues and enhance customer experience.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure service delivery.
- Own customer complaints, coordinate the investigation and improvement actions with relevant teams and inform the customer about the outcome.
- Provide support to improvement projects and commitments requiring a basic understanding
