What you will do:
- Get hands-on with recruitment tools like ATS, scheduling platforms, and AI tools we're piloting.- Contribute to recruitment marketing initiatives, bringing fresh ideas to job posts and social media campaigns.
- Analyze recruiting data, generate reports, and identify trends to improve processes.
- Keep projects on track and support process improvements in day-to-day operations.

What you bring & who you are:
- Current student or recent graduate in HR,



Communications, Marketing, Business, Data, or a related field.
- Genuine curiosity about AI, recruitment technology, and digital tools.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Comfortable working with data and learning new platforms quickly.
- Eager to learn, take initiative, and share ideas.
- Fluent in Spanish and English (German is a plus).
