Hill International is looking for a Civil Project Engineerto support the delivery of major infrastructure projects in Valencia, Spain.

We are seeking a proactive engineer with strong technical judgement, good coordination skills and the ability to work effectively with clients, designers, contractors and multidisciplinary project teams.
- Support the technical coordination and delivery of civil engineering works.
- Review design documentation, contractor submissions, method statements, technical queries and proposed changes.
- Monitor construction progress, quality, technical compliance and interface issues.
- Coordinate with designers, contractors, consultants, authorities and client representatives.
- Support the identification and resolution of technical, programme and construction risks.
- Contribute to project reporting,



progress meetings and technical reviews.
- Assist the Project Director and wider project team in ensuring successful delivery against agreed objectives.
- Degree or master’s degree in Civil Engineering, preferably Ingeniero de Caminos, Canales y Puertos, or equivalent.
- Minimum 7 years’ relevant experience in project delivery.
- Experience in civil infrastructure, transport, maritime, industrial or other complex construction projects.
- Strong technical, coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a client-facing multidisciplinary environment.
- Professional fluency in Spanish and English.
