Hill International is seeking an experienced Project Controls Managerto support the delivery of major infrastructure projects in Valencia, Spain.

We are looking for a structured, analytical and delivery-focused professional capable of establishing and managing robust project controls across programme, cost, risk, change, reporting and performance management.
- Establish and manage project controls systems, processes and reporting structures.
- Lead programme, cost, risk, change and performance monitoring activities.
- Develop and maintain integrated project schedules, dashboards and progress reports.
- Review contractor programmes, progress updates, recovery plans and change impacts.
- Support the Project Director and client team with evidence-based decision-making.
- Coordinate project controls information across technical, commercial, contractual and delivery teams.
- Identify trends, risks,



deviations and corrective actions.
- Prepare clear, concise and reliable reports for clients and senior stakeholders.
- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or similar.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in project controls, planning, cost management or project management.
- Strong experience on major infrastructure, industrial or complex construction projects.
- Advanced knowledge of Primavera P6, MS Project and project reporting tools.
- Strong understanding of cost control, earned value, risk management and change control.
- Experience working with FIDIC or similar construction contracts would be valued.
- Professional fluency in Spanish and English.
