- Position Summary
FMC Agricultural Solutions is seeking a Sales Representative to manage the Rioja, Navarra and Aragón regions in Spain. Reporting to the Sales Manager, this role is responsible for executing the regional sales strategy,
developing strong customer and distributor relationships, and driving sustainable business growth. The position requires a strong understanding of the agricultural market, customer needs, and the ability to promote FMC’s product portfolio effectively.

- Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the annual sales plan for the assigned territory
- Build, manage and motivate a network of strategic distributors and key customers
- Analyze market trends and identify opportunities to promote FMC products
- Maintain strong relationships with growers, distributors and stakeholders
- Support credit assessment processes and monitor distributor performance
- Ensure timely follow-up on orders, collections and commercial agreements
- Provide regular market feedback and competitor insights
- Represent FMC in customer meetings, field visits and regional events
