At BDO Digital & Tech, we're looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to help accelerate our growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying new business opportunities across international B2B markets.

What you'll do
✅ Generate and qualify leads through outbound prospecting, LinkedIn, events, and networking.
✅ Conduct discovery conversations to understand client needs and business challenges.
✅ Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
✅ Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Business teams.
✅ Manage opportunities and customer interactions through CRM tools.

What we're looking for
✔ 2–4 years of experience in BDR, SDR, Business Development, Inside Sales, or similar roles.
✔ Experience in B2B prospecting and demand generation.




✔ Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
✔ English C1 or above (mandatory).
✔ Spanish and additional European languages are a plus.
✔ Proactive, organized, and results-driven mindset.
