The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced

Regional Sales Manager

to lead and expand our sales operations across the region, driving business growth, strengthening customer relationships, and identifying new market opportunities.
In this role, you will define and execute the regional sales strategy, lead and develop a high-performing sales team, and work closely with key customers and internal stakeholders to grow our presence across Southern Europe.
This is an opportunity to combine

strategic sales leadership, business development, and customer engagement

in an international environment, contributing directly to the growth of Hitachi Energy Power Conversion Solutions.

How You'll Make an Impact
Develop and execute the

sales strategy for Southern Europe , driving regional sales targets, revenue growth, and market expansion.
Lead, mentor, and develop the regional

sales team , fostering performance, collaboration, and professional growth.
Identify and pursue

new business opportunities , strategic partnerships, and large-scale projects across the region.




Build and strengthen long-term relationships with

key customers and stakeholders , understanding their needs and identifying opportunities to create value.
Lead commercial planning, forecasting, and the negotiation of

complex sales contracts , ensuring profitability and alignment with business objectives.
Collaborate with product, marketing, and technical teams while monitoring market trends and representing Hitachi Energy at relevant industry events.

Your Background
Bachelor's degree in

Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Engineering , or a related field; an MBA would be an advantage.
At least

8–10 years of progressive sales experience , including

3–5 years in a regional sales management role .
Proven experience achieving sales targets and driving significant

revenue growth in a B2B environment .
Strong understanding of

Southern European markets , including their commercial dynamics, custo
