Sales Development Representative (SDR) – DACH / UK / Italy Markets (m/w/d) –(Barcelona, on-site)

This role is based on-site in Barcelona (5 days/week in office, with 24 versátil remote days per year to use as you prefer).

The company is on a strong growth trajectory: This is a high-energy, cold-calling-heavy role with a clear, proven path to promotion — every AE at the company started as an SDR internally, sometimes progressing in under 6 months, fully performance-based.
Proactive cold-calling and outbound prospecting to generate qualified demos in your market
Collaborating closely with your market's hiring manager and the broader sales team
Native-level German
Native-level English (UK/Ireland/Scotland accent preferred; Native-level Italian
6–10 months of sales experience, ideally including cold-calling
~ SaaS experience is a plus but not required — candidates from backgrounds like door-to-door sales, fundraising, promotion, or sales assistant roles are very welcome
