Hiring: Product Owner | Barcelona, Spain
Location: Barcelona, Spain
Work Model: Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week (not negotiable at present)
We are looking for an experienced Product Owner with strong expertise in Sales Compensation, Sales Enablement, CRM, and enterprise platform delivery to join our team in Barcelona.
Key Responsibilities & Expertise
The idóneo candidate should have strong hands-on experience with:
- Sales Compensation rules, including New vs. Renewal, Quota, and Credit processes
- WXP platform, including:
- Customer Master
- Product Master
- Subscription modules
- WXP-led Sales Enablement
- Transactional upfront billing
- SFDC MDM integration for credit accuracy
- MSP entitlement flows
- Partner tier management
- Dual-program backlog management
- Cross-vendor coordination
- Cross-functional program and stakeholder management

Required Skills
- Salesforce CRM ecosystem
- Sales Compensation
- Customer, Product & Subscription Master data
- SFDC MDM




- Contractual and transactional flows such as BRIM, Tera, and Apollo
- MSP entitlement flows
- Product Ownership and Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong stakeholder and cross-functional coordination skills

Preferred Certifications
Certifications in any of the following would be an advantage:
- Product Ownership
- Agile/Scrum
- Salesforce
- Sales Operations
- Enterprise Platform Management

Ideal Candidate
- 7+ years of relevant experience
- Strong background in Product Ownership and platform delivery
- Solid understanding of Sales Compensation and Sales Enablement
- Comfortable managing multiple programs/backlogs and coordinating with multiple vendors
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Willing to work 3 days onsite in Barcelona every week
