About our client Our client is a fast-growing global FinTech company, processing millions of transactions per month and interconnecting hundreds of partners worldwide. Their proprietary network allows their clients (Uber, Airbnb, Mastercard, Adidas, Western Union among others) to make payments in real-time in over 130 countries and more than 80 currencies.
You will join the European Engineering team, in their Barcelona office, located near the Sagrada Familia.
Deliver high-quality code: testable, secure, readable, scalable, and well documented
Understand, apply, and champion Agile practices (code reviews, sprint planning, pair programming, daily stand-ups, etc.)
Ensure platform scalability and performance, ship new features, and continuously improve development processes
Someone who fully "owns" their code: writing, testing, and deploying it, potentially several times a day
Strong proficiency in Golang
~ AWS SNS/SQS, Apache Kafka,



RabbitMQ
~ Experience with relational databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL
~ Proven experience designing and developing web solutions and APIs
~ Passionate about Agile practices (TDD, CI/CD, etc.)
~ Solid experience with Cloud platforms (Azure or AWS)
~ English level C1 required

Interview with the Lead + a Senior team member, discussion on experience and background, plus a take-home exercise
