We are Ynteq, a fast-growing start-up (approximately 20FTE, doubling every year) that builds an AI maintenance platform (CMMS) for the manufacturing industry. Our platform has three unique selling points: simple-to-use, smart, and AI-native by design. Maintenance software today documents work after the fact. Ynteq focuses on making maintenance work easy, automated and smart by using AI.

Every day, our technology helps hundreds of manufacturers reduce downtime, lowers operating costs, and lower carbon emissions through intelligent data insights and automation.

As an Account Executive, you will drive Ynteq’s growth by expanding our client base in the Italian market. Build and manage a recurring pipeline of Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs)




Conduct digital demos and sales consultations
At least 2 years in sales, including cold calling, managing full sales cycle, and deal closing
Experience with small- and medium annual contract value (€2-20k)
Proven track record in B2B sales, SaaS, or similar industries
Proficient with CRM systems (HubSpot a plus)
Fluent in Italian (written and spoken) and proficient in English
Enjoys working from the office at least 3 days a week
