Coesia operates in 34 countries with 20 different companies and employs over 8,000 people as of 2025.About the RoleAs a Software Engineer within the R&D; department, you will be developing Machine hardware projects to develop new machines.Main responsibilities will include:Carrying out the automation design of a packaging machine.Based on a standard software platform, developing customized software programs for the machine according to customer specifications (PLC, HMI interfaces & Safety).Performing the commissioning and start-up process of the machine at the VOLPAK's worksite.Developing new software platforms and implement innovative motion and automation techniques according to customer requirements.Designing testing methods.Preparing the guidelines and documentation for machine operation.Completing projects by training and guiding technicians.
