We are searching for a Direct Hire Operations Manager in Valencia, PA.Position SummaryThe Operations Manager oversees daily manufacturing operations to ensure production, quality, safety, and cost objectives are met. This role leads production, maintenance, quality, and logistics teams while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesManage manufacturing operations to meet production targets, quality standards, and customer delivery requirements.Monitor KPIs related to productivity, quality, safety, efficiency, and cost performance.Oversee production planning, scheduling, and resource utilization to maximize throughput and minimize downtime.Partner with supply chain and inventory teams to maintain smooth production flow.Ensure compliance with quality, environmental, health, and safety standards, including OSHA requirements.Lead efforts to reduce waste, defects, and operational inefficiencies through Lean and continuous improvement initiatives.Develop, coach,
