What You'll Do:As GL Accounting Payroll Manager, you'll report to the Senior Manager of Accounting and play a key role in ensuring payroll activity is accurately and completely reflected in the general ledger across all countries we operate in. As part of this, you'll drive the monthly close process, including journal entries, accruals, and full reconciliation between HR data and our ERP.This role operates in a SOX-compliant environment, and you will be expected to deliver your SOX controls on time and to the required standard of quality.You'll work closely with People teams across multiple countries, developing a solid understanding of local payroll specifics and becoming a trusted accounting partner to HR, as well as with the broader accounting and controllership team, FP&A;, and other finance stakeholders. A key part of the role involves standardizing and improving how payroll integrates into our financial statements globally.We're also migrating from SAP to Oracle Cloud ERP,
