Responsibilities: Guarantee technical alignment with customer specifications globally. Define integral standards for the customer (templates, quality expectations). Prepare onboarding plans for Regional TLs. Establish requirements for commissioning (Cx), site activities, and documentation. Manage clarification, deviation, and exception files. Intervene in major customer issues and coordinate resolution. Audit and monitor consistency of deliverables across regions. Act as reference point for best practices and lessons learned. Assess impact of recommendations on other regions. Coordinate consistent message to consultants. Assess technical skills of Regional TLs and provide feedback.
