Sales Manager, CALA DEPARTMENT: Corporate-Channel Sales

The Corporate Channel Sales team is a globally distributed function responsible for driving indirect revenue growth through strategic channel partnerships. The team collaborates closely with regional sales, product, legal, and operations teams to ensure consistent execution of IPC's commercial strategy.
The position covers CALA (Central America & Latin America),



requiring strong alignment with both regional partners and global leadership.
The Sales Manager, CALA is responsible for driving revenue growth and market expansion across the CALA region through the effective management and development of channel partners.
Based in Madrid, this role operates across CALA time zones and acts as the primary commercial interface between IPC and its channel ecosystem in the region. The role requires a strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution, managing the full sales cycle from opportunity generation through to deal closure.
Achieve or exceed annual sales and revenue targets across assigned territories and accounts
Sales Ownership: Manage the full sales lifecycle with channel partners (from pipeline generation to booking)
Forecasting & Pipeline: Provide accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and weekly reporting via CRM tools (Salesforce)
Escalation & Issue Resolution: Act
