We are seeking a Business Unit Manager to build, develop, and lead a Business Unit, leveraging a strong business mindset and a true executive leadership approach.

Define the positioning, offerings, and roadmap of the Business Unit
Business Development & Strategic Accounts
Business Unit Build & Leadership
Foster a culture of performance, accountability, and high standards
Implement effective performance metrics and action plans

Act as a true Business Unit leader, accountable for decisions and results
Master’s degree (Engineering school,



Business school, or equivalent)
Proven experience in business development, team management, or business unit leadership
Strong business acumen and sense of ownership
Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders (executives, procurement, program managers, technical experts)
Professional level of English and Spanish required, Catalan is a plus
