We are seeking a versatile and strategic Digital Product Owner & Tech Product Manager to drive the vision, lifecycle,



and delivery of our digital applications and technology platforms.
In this dual-capability role, you will bridge the gap between market / consumer requirements, business strategy, user experience, and technical execution.
You will be responsible for defining product roadmaps, aligning key organizational stakeholders, and leading Agile development teams to build scalable, high-impact digital solutions that support our general operations.
Engage with cross-functional business stakeholders (Commercial, Operations, HR, and Leadership) to identify business pain points, refine requirements, and turn them into actionable tech initiatives.
Evaluate integrations across foundational enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, E-commerce, and proprietary core applications) to ensure a cohesive technical ecosystem.
Product Ownership & Agile Delivery
Drive end-to-end Agile software development cycles (Sprint Planning, Refinement, Daily Standups, Demos, and Retrospectives
