validation and optimization of new automation systems.On-site system audits.Customer training, both classroom-based and on-the-job.Participation in customer operational meetings and scoping workshops.Troubleshooting, fault finding and support for installed systems.Remote and on-site technical support.Production optimization activities.Technical support for sales initiatives.Collaboration with customers, internal teams and global technical support.Candidate profileWe are looking for someone with:A strong technical background.Experience with automation systems, ideally Sandvik Automation products.Knowledge of networking and network protocols.Good computer skills and reporting capabilities.Experience in mining or heavy equipment environments would be a plus.Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.A proactive mindset, customer
