Role purposeProvide technical support to customers, suppliers, sales teams and internal departments for HVAC/R compressor applications, ensuring accurate compressor selection, correct use of technical documentation, timely handling of enquiries and warranty cases, and high customer-oriented technical service.Key responsibilities· Provide technical support regarding compressor applications, operating limits, refrigerants, system design and installation recommendations.· Support selection and validation of compressors and accessories using technical data, selection software, operating conditions and supplier documentation.· Review customer test data and application information to identify deviations, risks or improvements in refrigeration circuit design.· Assist customers during prototype testing and commissioning phases.· Manage and follow up technical enquiries with factories and suppliers.· Support warranty and claim cases by collecting information, coordinating analysis, reviewing findings and contributing to reports and recommendations.· Maintain and update technical documentation,



datasheets, application guidelines, internal knowledge bases and selection tools.· Provide technical input to Sales, Marketing, Logistics and Management when required.· Contribute to continuous improvement of departmental processes, response quality, documentation standards and digital tools.Candidate profile / requirements Technical education in refrigeration, HVAC, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or a similar technical field.
