and transformed.Which tasks can you expect?Orchestrate end-to-end payroll delivery for Norwegian customersManage process deviations, assess impact, and recommend solutionsOwn change requests end-to-end (requirements, pricing, implementation, documentation, training)Ensure alignment and adherence to general and local process standards, considering client needsMaintain and update process documentation (SOPs, DWIs, guidelines)Collaborate with clients and country teams to ensure smooth operations and alignmentSupport the design and enhancement of standardized yet locally adaptable processesHandle complex payroll cases and act as first escalation pointEnsure accurate, timely payroll delivery in line with SLAsSupport system updates, testing, and implementations (incl. UAT and parallel runs)Maintain regular client communication to ensure efficient payroll processingGuide Payroll Administrators and ensure compliance with regulations
