Senior Manager – Q2C PMO & Change Management
Barcelona Hybrid - 3 days per week in office
At Gracia101, we are currently looking for a Q2C PMO & Change Management Senior Manager to join to our team.
The role will be part of a major Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) transformation and SAP S/4HANA migration, working across multiple Business Units and regions.
We are looking for a senior professional who can combine PMO governance, transformation management and change management, coordinating Business, IT, Finance, Data and Commercial stakeholders throughout the programme.
Lead PMO governance, reporting and status updates.
Support Q2C process harmonisation and SAP S/4HANA Fit-to-Standard decisions.
Lead stakeholder engagement, change impact assessments and adoption planning.




Coordinate communication, training readiness, cutover and hypercare activities.
5–8+ years of experience in Transformation PMO, Change Management or ERP implementations.
~ Experience in Q2C / O2C, ideally within Customer Service, Commercial, Finance or Supply Chain environments.
~ Exposure to SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes.
~ Knowledge of PMI, PRINCE2, Agile and/or Prosci methodologies.
