competitor strategies and market suppliersExplore alternate sources for goods and materialsProvide the project team with the offers received, making the relevant comments and suggestions about the suppliers, opportunities and market status.Prepare technical and commercial evaluation sheets ensuring full scope of supply has been quoted accurately and like throughout panel of vendorsGather all relevant requirements from the different departments involved in the project (PM, quality, ORE, …) and host bid clarification meetings with the suppliers involving all stakeholders within the business if required to ensure scope is in line with the needs of the project and company business.Responsible for the timely conversion of requisitions to purchase order placementObtain written confirmation of delivery by means of securing formal purchase order acknowledgments for all purchase ordersEnsure delivery of purchased supplies in accordance with project and production requirements in a timely man
