What you’ll do:Plan, monitor, and control production processes and variables from start to finish.Participate in the development, implementation, and launch of new products and projects, taking them through to successful plant-floor execution.Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering is required.Hands-on experience with plant-level process control, management of process variables, and implementation of process improvement and optimization strategies.Experience taking projects from development through implementation and transitioning them successfully to an operational level on the plant floor.Technical knowledge of production, quality, quality assurance, and process control in a manufacturing environment.Experience with JD Edwards or a similar ERP system, personnel management,
