As a Senior Context Engineer (Program Manager), you will play a key role in Dynatrace’s AI-first operating model. This is a new and evolving role, focused on designing and continuously improving the context layer that powers AI-driven content systems, self-service knowledge, and internal platforms.Working at the intersection of AI systems, technical documentation, and program execution, you ensure high-quality technical context can be reliably consumed by AI and scaled across teams. In close collaboration with senior technical leadership and stakeholders across Product, Engineering, and Documentation, you translate strategic goals into structured, executable outcomes.Responsible for building, managing, and maintaining the context layer for AI content systems.​Fosters planning and breaking down the “What” we want to solve into “How” to we need solve it.​Curates and enriches metadata across data assets, resolving semantic conflicts,



and packaging context into formats that AI agents can use.Shapes and implements guidelines and goals for technical writing across teams and channels.Advocates for technical writing and documentation best practices throughout the company ensures self-service knowledge and technical content are prioritized and valued.Coordinates efforts to improve content strategy, architecture, and documentation standards to ensure consistency and usability - all with an AI-first approach. What will help you succeed2+ years of AI experience in a B2B software product environment and 3+ years of experience aligned with technical writing. Experience in defining and executing strategy and governance for software documentation.
