This hybrid role is designed for someone who can operate both as a technical builder and a consulting contributor, supporting client-facing strategic engagements while also leading internal initiatives to deploy AI agents, automation workflows and multi-agent systems that enhance how our team works.You will be embedded within a senior consulting team, working across healthcare and life sciences projects, and will play a key role in shaping how AI transforms our delivery model from the inside out,
