Role OverviewAs the People Business Partner, you will enable Lodgify's next phase of growth through building the high-impact people infrastructure - from data-driven performance ecosystem to unified talent lifecycles - that allows our managers and leaders to execute with excellence. Collaborate with our commercial teams to operate sustainably while maximising employee potential and engagement. Strategic Change & Advisory: You will partner directly with Commercial leadership to align business objectives with the structural evolution required for Lodgify's next chapter.
