Descripción * Shape the strategic direction of the ServiceNow platform and advocate for its adoption across the organization.* Provide governance and solution expertise to business units, implementation partners, and governance boards, ensuring alignment with business needs.* Manage the intake and prioritization of ServiceNow demands and requirements,



and facilitate alignment within governance structures.* Architect and design ServiceNow solutions that support strategic and operational goals; monitor implementation quality and lead integration testing when necessary.* Coordinate platform rollouts and enhancements, working with relevant teams to uphold technical standards and best practices.* Ensure compliance by collaborating with the ServiceNow account team, workers council, and other stakeholders.* Help define lifecycle processes for hardware and software asset management, focusing on efficiency and regulatory compliance.* Support the use of ServiceNow Discovery and related tools to maintain a reliable and up-to-date asset inventory.
