As Scrum Master of a big squad having a backlog mixing maintain activities and several epics to execute, you lead and guide the team in delivering high-value releases within committed timeframes. You master the Offer Change Management process and you ensure strict adherence to the defined practices, facilitate key ceremonies, and collaborate with Product Owners to maintain strategic alignment. You oversee sprint backlogs, drive decision-making, and manage project budgets to ensure timely delivery. You identify and resolve obstacles,



encourage reflection on processes, and fine-tune practices using tools such as Jira. Your mission is to drive successful outcomes that align with organizational goals while maintaining quality, compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction.
