Are you passionate about automation, IT operations, and optimizing enterprise tools? We're looking for an experienced L3 specialist to help transform IT operations through smarter automation, better observability, and continuous improvement.
Key Skills:
• Strong experience with PowerShell, Python, Ansible & REST APIs
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM/CMDB
• Exposure to monitoring tools such as Centreon & Azure Monitor
• Experience with SCCM/Intune patch automation
• IT tools optimization, integrations, dashboards & reporting
• Strong understanding of ITIL v4,
