you will focus on the design and development of scalable learning and development solutions that support business priorities and associate development across regions. You will work closely with the Integral Leadership, Learning and Culture Leader to translate organizational needs into structured learning solutions, leadership development journeys, and career development frameworks that can be scaled and adapted to diverse cultural contexts. This role focuses primarily on the design of learning and development solutions, rather than on training delivery.
