We are looking for a ServiceNow Solution Designer / Developer

As a ServiceNow Solution Designer / Developer at HCLTech, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing ServiceNow solutions for our general clients. This position blends business analysis, consulting, solution architecture, and hands-on development, with a primary focus on IT Service Management (ITSM), Security Operations (SecOps), Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD), Configuration Management Database (CMDB), and Asset Management. You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing ServiceNow implementations that drive operational excellence and business value.

Review and analyze new business requests and enhancement requirements related to ServiceNow.
Act as a consultant and trusted advisor, guiding customers on ServiceNow best practices and platform capabilities.
Design robust ServiceNow solutions adhering to platform standards and industry best practices.
Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and external enterprise systems,



ensuring secure and reliable data exchange.
Lead technical implementation, including platform development, configuration, and administration.
Support ongoing ServiceNow platform optimization through high-quality design, implementation, and documentation.

Strong background in requirements engineering and business process analysis.
In-depth experience with ServiceNow administration and solution development.
Advanced JavaScript programming expertise, including GlideRecord, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and asynchronous/synchronous design patterns.
Extensive hands-on experience with ServiceNow backend extensibility, including Script Includes, GlideSystem (gs), GlideAjax, RESTMessageV2, and the ServiceNow Table API.
Senior-level experience with integrations across REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server orchestration, IntegrationHub flows, and webhook/event-driven architectures.
