At ASTEK Iberia, we are looking for a highly skilled Software Engineer specialized in AI-assisted development to lead the adoption of modern AI coding practices across our engineering teamsinto a large-scale consumer healthcare organization.? Main responsibilities:This is a unique hybrid role combining hands-on development, coaching, and governance, where you will shape how AI is used in software engineering at scale.Define and standardize best practices for AI-assisted codingCreate playbooks, prompt libraries, and reusable patternsPromote responsible AI usage with strong human validationPartner with teams to build their first AI-assisted applicationsReview and guide implementations to production qualityAct as a technical coach for engineersEvaluate and integrate tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor IDEEmbed AI into the development lifecycle (IDE, CI/CD, code reviews)Develop internal tooling to scale adoptionDefine standards for AI-generated code (testing, security, performance)Establish adapted code review processesEnsure compliance (security, licensing, data privacy)Share best practices and lessons learned across teams? Who are you?5–10 years of experience in Software EngineeringStrong coding skills (Python, TypeScript/JavaScript or similar)Experience building production-grade applicationsHands-on experience with AI coding tools (Copilot, LLMs, etc.)Understanding of prompt engineering and LLM limitationsExperience mentoring or enabling teamsFamiliarity with CI/CD and DevOps practicesFluent EnglishSpanish work permit?
