Your RoleAs Verification Team Lead, you will:Lead and mentor a team of Verification Engineers.Drive verification strategy and execution for complex SoC designs.Define verification plans and ensure high-quality verification closure.Collaborate closely with Architecture, Design, Firmware, and Validation teams.Review verification environments, methodologies,



and coverage metrics.Support technical decision-making while fostering team growth.✅ What We're Looking ForProven experience leading verification teams.Strong expertise in SystemVerilog and UVM.Extensive experience with SoC Verification.Solid understanding of Low Power verification (UPF/CPF or equivalent).Experience with industry-standard simulators and verification methodologies.Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.?
