Freelance Salesforce Solution Expert

A leading organisation in the banking sector is looking for a Freelance Salesforce Solution Expert to join its CRM team. You'll play a key role in enhancing the Salesforce platform, delivering scalable CRM solutions that support customer management, onboarding, case management and commercial processes. Working within a multidisciplinary Agile team, you'll collaborate with architects, analysts, DevOps engineers and business stakeholders to deliver strategic Salesforce initiatives.

Responsibilities

- Design and configure Salesforce solutions within Financial Services Cloud
- Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce configurations
- Advise Product Owners, architects and business stakeholders on solution design
- Configure Omnistudio, Flows, Validation Rules, Security Models, Reports & Dashboards
- Support Case Management,



Lead & Opportunity Management processes
- Perform impact assessments and contribute to solution architecture
- Promote best practice by adopting standard Salesforce functionality wherever possible
- Provide knowledge transfer and support to internal teams

Requirements

- 5+ years' Salesforce experience
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Strong experience with Financial Services Cloud
- Hands-on expertise with Omnistudio/Omniscript, Flow Builder, Security & Sharing Models and Data Modelling
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Fluent Dutch (mandatory) and English

Nice to Have

- Salesforce Advanced Administrator or Business Analyst certification
- Apex development
- Boomi integrations
- Experience within banking or financial services
- Contact Centre process knowledge
