About the Role

We are looking for a motivated graduate or early-career professional to join the Marketing team within Ford Customer Service Division (FCSD) in Brussels, Belgium. This is a varied, hands-on opportunity within a collaborative team where no two days are the same.

You will support a broad range of marketing, communications, events and administrative activities while working with colleagues and stakeholders in Dutch, French and English. Previous professional experience is not essential. We are looking for someone who is organised, curious, adaptable and eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities

- Support marketing campaigns, communications and content across multiple channels
- Assist with product and accessory marketing activities
- Coordinate events, meetings, training sessions and related materials
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Marketing team
- Support Ford’s dealer network and respond to stakeholder requests
- Help monitor performance, prepare reports and maintain accurate information
- Proofread, adapt and translate content in Dutch, French and English
- Collaborate with colleagues across FCSD and the wider Ford organisation

What We’re Looking For

- A bachelor’s and/or master’s degree, ideally in languages, economics, business, marketing or a related field
- Fluency in Dutch and French, along with a strong command of English
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- A adaptable approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to take initiative





Experience gained through internships, student jobs, volunteering or extracurricular university activities is a major plus.

Nice to Have

- Experience with marketing, communications, events or administration
- Basic reporting or data analysis skills
- Familiarity with SAP or a similar business system
- An interest in the automotive or mobility industry

Interview Process

The interview process will include computer and language assessments, followed by conversations with HR and members of the hiring team. Interviews are preferably held in person, although a virtual option may be available where necessary.
