agap2 is a European engineering consultancy active across various industrial sectors such as large infrastructure works, process industries (life science, food & beverage, chemistry), energy, and transport.

As part of our team in Brussels, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of agap2. Working closely with our Business Managers and in direct contact with candidates, you will actively contribute to the entire recruitment process:

Main Responsibilities:

- Analyze recruitment needs across our different business sectors
- Write and publish attractive, targeted job offers
- Source engineering profiles through various recruitment channels
- Screen applications and match candidates with relevant positions, while also managing unsolicited applications
- Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews
- Participate in job interviews
- Follow up on recruitment processes and candidates

Your Profile

- Final-year student or recent graduate (bachelor’s, 3rd year minimum or master's degree)

You are not afraid to pick up the phone,



enjoy sharing ideas, thinking outside the box, and identifying with the following qualities:

- Good level of English and fluent French and/or Dutch.
- Strong interpersonal and listening skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Solution- and results-oriented mindset
- Proactive, autonomous and can-do attitude
- Enjoy taking on challenges, strong sense of responsibility and high level of commitment

Conditions

- Duration: Minimum 3 months, ideally 4 to 6 months, depending on the requirements of the university/school.
- Location : Brussels- Porte de Namur/ Naamsepoort
- Start date: To be agreed, fully versátil and open for discussion
