Overview

We are supporting a general pharmaceutical organisation in the search for a Business Process & Compliance Specialist to join their Strategic Process Excellence function. This role combines continuous improvement, process excellence, compliance, and business process management, helping to optimise ways of working across a complex, regulated environment while supporting digital transformation initiatives.

Requirements

- Experience driving continuous improvement or operational excellence initiatives.
- Background working within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or other regulated industries.
- Strong understanding of compliance, quality systems, and audit readiness.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholder groups.




- Ability to identify process gaps and implement sustainable improvements.
