Your role:

- Lead Pixie's market entry and business development strategy in Belgium.
- Build and nurture relationships with new clients and partners.
- Identify opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Select, onboard and mentor junior - Medior Business managers

What we are looking for:

- Full autonomy in business development within the IT staffing industry.
- Deep understanding of the Belgian market and professional culture.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and a strong network in staffing, or tech sectors.
- Fluent in English and French.
