In this role, you will play a key part in translating complex business data into meaningful financial insights, building clear reports, and supporting business decision-making.You will combine analytical rigor with collaborative problem-solving—partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure our financial reporting is accurate,



timely, and actionable.What You Will Do ðMonthly Closing & P&L; Ownership: Participate in month-end closing activities by reviewing expense accruals and deferred expenses to ensure the P&L; accurately reflects business performance.Trend & Variance Analysis: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) across the P&L;, balance sheet, and headcount. Analyze variances between actuals and forecasts to identify business risks and opportunities.Dashboards & Management Reporting: Build, maintain, and consolidate clear financial dashboards that streamline reporting for leadership and departmental teams.Forecasting & Budgeting Support: Provide analytical insights and financial modeling support to help teams hit their strategic and operational goals.Ad-Hoc Analysis: Prepare targeted financial analysis for cross-functional initiatives, including revenue growth, international expansion, and team-specific projects.
