About the Role

As a Senior Brand Manager, you will join the Campaign Marketing team within the Brand Building department of one of Europe's leading retail & FMCG brands.

This is not a people management role it's a senior expert & project lead position.

You'll take full ownership of complex, strategic marketing trajectories from concept to implementation, and act as the go-to sparring partner for stakeholders across the business driving direction through expertise and seniority, not formal hierarchy.

Your Responsibilities

- Develop and guide brand-strengthening campaigns from concept to evaluation
- Translate marketing challenges into concrete communication and campaign approaches
- Draft and challenge strategic and creative briefings
- Coordinate complex marketing trajectories from briefing to evaluation
- Safeguard quality, timing, budgets and stakeholder alignment
- Steer and challenge internal and external partners (research, creative, media, ...)
- Underpin choices with consumer insights and research results
- Act as senior sparring partner within Brand Building
- Contribute to FUEL-related marketing trajectories — the most complex assignments within the campaign team




- Help shape recommendations for management and leadership

Requirements & Qualifications

- 7-10+ years of relevant marketing experience
- Proven track record in a Senior Brand Manager, Brand Lead or Marketing Lead role
- Strong background in Brand Building and consumer marketing
- Proven experience with integrated brand campaigns
- Comfortable navigating complex stakeholder environments
- Strong ability to translate strategy into concrete implementation
- Track record of independently leading large-scale marketing projects
- Fluent in Dutch or French, with good knowledge of English
