Finance Transformation Consultant – Insurance

Location: Belgium | Experience: 5+ years | Languages: Dutch & French

We are looking for an experienced Finance Transformation Consultant to join a market leader in Belgium.

The Role

- Deliver finance transformation and process optimisation projects for leading insurers.
- Assess and redesign finance processes, operating models and ways of working.
- Support digitalisation, automation and finance transformation initiatives.
- Work closely with senior Finance, Business and IT stakeholders.
- Lead workshops, gather requirements and develop practical transformation roadmaps.
- Support clients through complex business and organisational change.

About You

- 5+ years' experience, ideally gained within a reputable consulting or professional services firm.
- Strong track record in Finance Transformation.
- Proven insurance industry experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management and consulting skills.
- Fluent in Dutch and French, with strong English.
- Based in Belgium.
