Role Description The Gemstone Jewellery Designer is a part-time, remote role responsible for designing original gemstone jewelry collections that reflect Inner Harmony Lithotherapy’s aesthetic and philosophy. Day-to-day tasks include sketching concepts, refining designs, and producing detailed drawings for necklaces, bracelets, earrings, and rings. The designer will create fashion jewelry pieces tailored to different audiences, incorporating gemstone selection, color harmony, and wearability. This role involves developing product design specifications, collaborating with production or suppliers, and using Computer-Aided Design (CAD)



software to generate accurate technical models. The designer will also maintain organized digital files, provide design revisions based on feedback, and support storytelling around new collections.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong jewelry design and fashion jewelry skills, with an ability to design cohesive gemstone collections.
- Candidates should possess drawing and sketching skills for translating concepts into clear visual designs.
- Candidates should possess product design skills, including creating practical, wearable pieces and detailed design specifications.
- Candidates should possess Computer-Aided Design (CAD) skills for developing precise digital models and technical drawings.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include knowledge of gemstones and their properties, experience with remote collaboration tools, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines in a part-time setting.
