Key Responsibilities

- Diagnose and resolve advanced networking and security issues across enterprise environments.
- Design, implement, and maintain Fortinet security solutions.
- Administer and support FortiGate, FortiManager, and FortiAnalyzer platforms.
- Troubleshoot and optimise dynamic routing technologies including BGP and OSPF.
- Deploy and enhance SD-WAN architectures and segmented network environments.
- Improve security posture through hardening initiatives and performance tuning.
- Develop and maintain automation workflows using tools such as Ansible and Git.
- Support Infrastructure-as-Code principles and contribute to configuration standardisation.
- Plan, document, and execute technical changes within production environments.
- Conduct problem management activities,



including root cause investigations and preventative improvements.
- Work closely with architects, consultants, and technical teams to deliver network and security projects.
