We are looking for an experienced Business & Process Analyst to support business transformation initiatives by analyzing requirements, improving processes, and driving digitalisation projects. ?

The adecuado candidate will work closely with stakeholders to identify business needs, translate them into effective processes and tools, support implementation, and contribute to continuous improvement. ?

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyse business needs and translate them into processes & solutions
- Support project methodologies, tools, and process improvements
- Contribute to digitalisation and automation initiatives
- Provide reporting insights and support project governance
- Collaborate with project teams, Program Managers, and stakeholders

Required Skills:

- Strong experience in Business Analysis & Process Improvement
- Knowledge of Agile / PMP / PMBOK / PRINCE2 methodologies
- Experience with Power BI, Power Automate & SharePoint
- Knowledge of SAP ERP (Fiori, PS, PM, MM)
- Excellent communication skills in French/Dutch and English
